Tonight Reece and I painted with cornstarch and water mixed with a little food coloring. It was really fun and she was excited to use a piece of heads and a leaf stem as paint brushes. My only recommendation would be to wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty. There was more paint on my clothes than in Reece's because she's such a "touchy feely" kid. All the paint from her hands ended up on my street and pants. Also, anytime she moved around with the brush it spread paint every where. Overall, it was worth the mess because it entertained us for 45 minutes!
